In my 15 years at Microsoft, I’ve worked with and led high-performing teams to drive transformation and navigate ambiguity. I spent 10 years leading mergers & acquisitions during the company’s transformative growth period and another 5 years leading strategy & execution for Xbox Game Pass.
I love to work with people who are ready to think big, be curious and expand what they see as possible for themselves. I offer individual coaching for career, leadership and business development.
